01 Acceptance of Terms

Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions, official registration requirements, event instructions and reasonable directions issued by the organisers. Operational rules may be clarified or modified when necessary for a safe and fair event.

02 Eligibility and Verification

Eligibility for Miss, Mrs. and Master categories shall be as stated in the official registration communication. Age proof, identity proof, photographs and other documents may be required. False, forged, misleading or incomplete information may result in cancellation or disqualification.

03 Registration Fee and Screening Ramp Walk

The registration fee is ₹500 only and is strictly non-refundable once successfully paid, at any cost, except where a refund is expressly required or permitted by applicable law.

Payment of the registration fee entitles the registered participant to attend the screening process and, at the screening stage itself, every eligible participant will be given an opportunity to perform a ramp walk as part of the screening.

04 Registration Does Not Guarantee Selection

Payment of the ₹500 registration fee or submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting, finalist status, title, prize money, modelling opportunities, endorsements or other professional opportunities. Selection at every stage is subject to the announced criteria and judging process.

05 Screening Rounds and Schedule

The organisers may conduct screening, auditions, grooming, training, preliminary, quarter-final, semi-final and final rounds, interviews, ramp walks, talent activities or other announced activities.

Depending on the number of contestants who apply for the event, the organisers may introduce additional rounds or stages, including quarter-finals, semi-finals, lateral entry or any other suitable selection stage.

The number, sequence, format and requirements of such rounds may be determined by the organisers based on the number of contestants and the operational needs of the event. Dates, venues and formats may be changed, postponed or cancelled where reasonably necessary.

06 Attendance and Punctuality

Participants must be punctual, disciplined and cooperative. Late arrival, absence from compulsory activities or failure to follow official instructions may affect eligibility or lead to disqualification.

07 Travel, Accommodation and Personal Expenses

Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants bear their own travel, accommodation, meals, transport, wardrobe, grooming, make-up and personal expenses. The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings.

08 Judging and Results

Judging shall follow criteria and formats determined by the organisers and/or appointed judges. Judges’ decisions on scores, rankings, finalists, winners and special awards are final, subject to applicable law. Administrative errors may be corrected.

09 Titles, Crowns and Awards

Titles, crowns, sashes, certificates, trophies, prizes and other awards are subject to the official announcement. A title is personal to the selected titleholder and may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed or falsely represented as officially held by another person.

10 Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional conduct toward organisers, judges, staff, trainers, sponsors, venue personnel and other participants.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive language, violence, deliberate damage, intoxication during official activities, cheating or impersonation may result in removal or disqualification.

11 Dress, Presentation and Event Standards

Participants shall comply with reasonable dress, grooming, stage, rehearsal, photography and presentation requirements. Prescribed costumes, themes and safety requirements must be followed.

12 Parent/Guardian Consent for Minors

For minors, participation must be supported by parent/legal guardian consent as required. Identification, signatures and accompaniment may be required. Additional safeguarding and supervision procedures may apply.

13 Entry Tickets for Accompanying Persons

Registered participants are permitted to enter the venue without purchasing an entry ticket for the relevant official event activity, as they have already paid the applicable registration, participation or other authorised event fee.

However, any parent, guardian, relative, friend or other accompanying person attending with a participant must purchase an entry ticket at the price fixed by the organisers from time to time.

No accompanying person will be permitted to enter the venue without a valid entry ticket. The organisers reserve the right to regulate the number of accompanying persons and entry arrangements for safety, capacity and operational reasons.

14 Photography, Video and Publicity Rights

By participating, the participant permits the organisers to photograph and record participation and use such material for event documentation, publicity, promotion, social media, website, press, advertising and future event-related communications, subject to applicable law.

Minor participants are subject to guardian consent.

15 Other Fees – Grand Finale

The fees described in this clause apply only to participants selected/participating in the Grand Finale and do not apply to the initial screening unless separately announced.

The Grand Finale participation fee will be announced subsequently after the screening. Grand Finale participants may also be required to purchase a minimum number of Grand Finale entry tickets, which will be offered at applicable discounted rates.

In addition, each Grand Finale participant must purchase the official magazine published by the organisers, featuring a collection of photographs of the Grand Finale participants. The applicable magazine amount will be communicated by the organisers.

Any registration fee, participation fee, ticket amount, magazine amount or other fee once paid is strictly non-refundable at any cost, except where a refund is expressly required or permitted by applicable law.

16 Social Media and Online Conduct

Participants may promote participation through personal social media but must not falsely speak for the organisers, disclose confidential information, misuse official logos/materials or publish threatening, defamatory or fraudulent content.

17 Intellectual Property and Branding

The event name, logo, visual identity, official photographs, videos and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners. Commercial exploitation or alteration requires prior written permission.

18 Confidentiality and Fair Competition

Participants must not obtain, disclose, manipulate or misuse confidential judging information, scores, private participant information or backstage procedures.

Bribery, threats, cheating or improper influence may result in disqualification.

19 Conflicts and Commercial Associations

Participants must disclose material conflicts affecting official participation or title obligations. Titleholders may require prior approval before using the official title, crown or sash in competing pageants or commercial activities.

20 Disqualification and Withdrawal

The organisers may disqualify or remove participants for breach of these Terms, false information, misconduct, unfair practices, safety concerns or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Voluntary withdrawal does not ordinarily entitle a participant to a refund of the ₹500 registration fee or other amounts already paid.

21 Cancellation, Postponement and Force Majeure

The organisers may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify or cancel activities due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, venue issues, technical failures or security concerns.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes.

22 Organiser’s Liability

The organisers will take reasonable steps to conduct the event safely and professionally. To the extent permitted by law, they are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from travel, accommodation, personal arrangements or third-party services outside their control.

23 Personal Belongings and Third-Party Services

Participants are responsible for valuables, documents, costumes, jewellery, electronic devices and other belongings. Independent third-party providers remain responsible for their own services.

24 Data and Communication

Registration information may be used for verification, event coordination, safety, certificates, prize processing, official communication and event promotion, subject to applicable law.

Official communications may be sent by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other official channels.

25 Use of Name, Image and Title

The organisers may use a participant’s name, category, photographs, videos, interviews and publicly provided biographical information for event-related purposes.

Official titleholders may be required to follow reasonable title and representation guidelines while the title is officially held.

26 Complaints and Disputes

Participants should first raise event-related concerns promptly with the organisers through the official contact details for review.

In the event of any dispute, disagreement or matter arising in connection with the event, the decision of the organisers/ organisation shall be final and binding on the participant, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27 Final Decision of Judges

The decision of the judges regarding the finalization of participants, finalists, winners, titles and crowns shall be final and binding in all cases, subject to applicable law.

No participant shall have a right to challenge or demand alteration of the judges’ final decision except as required by law.

28 Changes to Rules and Participant Agreement

The organisers may introduce, modify, replace or update rules, procedures, schedules, eligibility requirements or other event conditions from time to time.

Every participant agrees to abide by all such rules and changes communicated by the organisers from time to time and to comply with the latest official instructions applicable to the event.

29 Official Communication

Participants should rely only on official communications from the Miss, Mrs., Master Crown of Puducherry organisers and are responsible for checking official messages regarding schedules, venues, reporting times and requirements.

30 Participant Declaration

By registering or participating, the participant confirms that submitted information is accurate, that these Terms have been read and understood, and that event rules and reasonable directions will be followed.

For minors, the parent/legal guardian confirms the same to the extent applicable.

32 Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for safe participation and should disclose relevant allergies, injuries or limitations affecting safety. Venue and safety instructions must be followed.
